Job summary

Valley Home Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support clients in their own homes in Hatboro, PA. The role focuses on promoting independence, safety, comfort and well-being.

Experience in patient care is helpful but not required; the right attitude and responsibility are valued. You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, monitor changes, and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.

• Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information.
