Job summary

Valley Home Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide to assist clients in the comfort of their own homes. You will help individuals maintain independence while ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being, with no certification required.

You will perform ADLs, provide companionship, monitor changes in condition, assist with mobility using lifts, and handle light housekeeping. A strong sense of responsibility and teamwork with the care staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient care is helpful but not required.
• Right attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with care team.
• Dependable, patient and attentive to client needs.
• No certification required.

• Assist with mobility, including use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed

• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning

• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information
