Job summary

Valley Home Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support clients in their own homes. You will assist with ADLs, monitor wellbeing, and ensure safety and comfort while promoting independence.

No certification is required and on-the-job training is available. You will collaborate with a care team, maintain confidentiality under HIPAA, and report changes promptly. Flexible schedules and weekly pay are offered to help balance life and work.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient care is helpful but not required.
• Friendly, compassionate demeanor.
• Willingness to follow HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines.

• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and general cleaning.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines when handling client information.
