You will complete OASIS Starts of Care (SOC) for adult and geriatric patients in Westwood, Canton, Braintree, Sharon and surrounding towns. One year prior clinical experience as a licensed RN is required and Home Health and OASIS experience is strongly preferred.

• Complete OASIS Starts of Care (SOC) for adult and geriatric patients
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a touch pad tablet
  
  
  

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
