Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Florida Driver's License; RN licensure in Florida is highly preferred.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory or management experience in home health or related setting.
• Solid knowledge of AHCA home health regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and financial management skills, with experience overseeing billing and business operations.
• Reliable transportation and proof of current automobile insurance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and foster a patient-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize employees with AHCA rules and ensure copies are available for reference.
• Maintain AHCA regulatory compliance across the agency.
• Ensure proper orientation for new staff and ongoing education.
• Oversee accurate invoicing, credits/debits, and billing filings for clients.
• Maintain client records and manage billing protocols for complex matters.
• Review deposits, apply payments, and manage receivables and credit card processing.
