Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience within a Medicare Home Health Agency.
• Strong operational, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Home Health operations and standards of care.
