Job summary

Jobtailor in Texas is seeking a results‑driven Home Health marketing liaison to meet with patients and families, and to serve as the primary link between referral sources, patients, families and the office.

The role will organize marketing programs, develop campaigns to grow the client base, coordinate trade shows, manage the marketing budget, and ensure timely credentialing and referral processing while staying current on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Home Health marketing and client development.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to persuade referral sources by presenting the benefits of HCP of Texas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients and families to discuss home health services.
• Act as liaison between referral sources, patients, families and the office.
• Submit credentialing documents for facility entry.
• Design and implement marketing campaigns to grow client base.
• Plan and execute marketing programs and events.
• Coordinate trade shows and other marketing activities.
• Attend company meetings as required.
• Manage the marketing budget for individual initiatives.
• Coordinate with Intake to confirm referrals and admissions.
• Monitor health industry trends and identify new opportunities.

Job description

• Meet with patients and families to discuss HCP of Texas home health services.
• Act as the liaison for HCP of Texas between our referral sources, patients and their families, and the office.
• Submit any required documents to vendors for required credentialing to enter facilities.
• Devise a marketing campaign with the goal of increasing client base and generations of referrals.
• Plan, Organize, and execute marketing programs.
• Trade shows and events to market services.
• Attend mandatory company meetings.
• Manage individual marketing budget.
• Communicate with Intake to verify and confirm clear receipt of referrals.
• Review the Intake log throughout the day to accurately follow pending referrals and the admission or non-admit of referrals.
• Keep abreast of health industry trends, competition and new opportunities.

Requirements

• A proven track record in the Home Health industry.
• A desire to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Ability to persuade referral sources by presenting the benefits of HCP of Texas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
