Job summary

Levin Furniture & Mattress in Niles, OH is hiring Home Furnishings Advisors. Earn a guaranteed base while you learn and build your clientele, with significant earning potential as you grow sales. The compensation program includes draw vs.

commission, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, meeting sales goals, prospecting customers, completing trainings, and working well in a team.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred and customer-focused.
• Excellent communication and listening skills are required.
• Willingness to learn and be coached; training will be provided.
• Retail/Hospitality/Service industry experience is a plus.
• Experience with sales, upselling or interior design is a plus.
• Proficiency with POS, Windows and Microsoft Office expected.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED or higher.
