Job summary

POOLCORP is seeking a CDL driver for deliveries in Columbus, OH. You’ll be responsible for safe, on-time deliveries, loading/unloading, and handling payments while ensuring compliance with DOT/FMCSR requirements. Excellent customer service and strong communication are essential.

You’ll enjoy home nightly schedules, a comprehensive benefits package, and bonuses up to $3,500 annually. Must be 21+, with a valid CDL and clean MVR/PSP, and readiness to work Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• To be at least 21 years old.
• A valid commercial driver's license, preferably with HAZMAT endorsement.
• A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and PSP indicating no more than 2 violations or at fault accidents in 3 years.
• The ability to maneuver heavy objects up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal.
• Familiarity with PCs and material handling equipment preferred.
• HAZMAT endorsement a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, complete, accurate, on-time orders to customers following DOT regulations.
• Use the most efficient route to deliver orders on time.
• Load and unload the vehicle and secure products; handle hazardous material separation as required.
• Collect payments and document delivery accurately.
• Maintain compliance with FMCSR and other regulations; perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
