Responsibilities

• Completes computer data entry for new and ongoing patients (enteral orders).
• Facilitates communication between clinicians, patients and caregivers.
• Coordinates deliveries and follow-up for patient supplies and equipment.
• Schedules, tracks, and assists with product deliveries and pickups.
• Documents patient interactions in the medical record promptly.
• Supports the Registered Dietitian with program development and product evaluation.
