Limitless Electric LLC in Windsor, CT is seeking a driven Residential Electrical Consultant to join our growing team. You will meet homeowners, assess their electrical needs, provide professional recommendations and detailed estimates, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Collaborate with electricians and project managers, stay current on CT codes, and identify upsell opportunities such as panel upgrades and EV charger installations to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Background in residential electrical work or related trade.
• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, NEC codes, CT regulations.
• Proven sales or customer-facing experience in home services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and project scopes.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess electrical needs and propose solutions.
• Prepare accurate project estimates and proposals for homeowners.
• Collaborate with electricians and project managers for seamless handoffs.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive referrals.
• Stay current on CT electrical codes, permits, and compliance.
• Identify upsell opportunities like panel upgrades and EV chargers.
• Follow up with leads to close sales and hit revenue targets.
