Job summary

Accendra Health, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Delivery Technician to safely deliver, set up, and pick up durable medical equipment in patient homes, educating patients on equipment use and ensuring safe operation.

The role offers a stable schedule Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with on-call rotation roughly weekly and bonus opportunities. Most technicians take their trucks home and travel within a 2-hour radius from the branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• English reading, writing and speaking skills required.
• No experience required (entry level).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Completion of Apria’s Driver Training Program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely lift, carry and maneuver equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Deliver, set up, and pick up DME and supplies at patient homes.
• Provide clear, compassionate instruction on equipment use.
• Deliver high level of customer service and support for patients.
