Job summary

Rooftop Chimney Sweeps is seeking a Pricing Technician to bridge diagnostics and customer solutions. You will perform visual and video inspections of fireplaces, flues, masonry, and HVAC connections, educating homeowners using a proven consultation framework.

Must be comfortable climbing ladders and rooftops (75–80% of appointments involve roof access).

Responsibilities

Arrive at the Alexandria office by 7:30 AM for team stand-up and role-play.
Perform visual and camera inspections of fireplaces, flues, liners, masonry, and furnace connections.
Review live camera feeds with homeowners to explain diagnostic findings.
Present clear Good/Better/Best repair options tailored to client goals and budget.
Record notes, manage customer profiles, and track proposals in the CRM.
Set up ladders and operate inspection tools safely; capture quality media.
