Job summary

3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of custom window treatments. As a Design Consultant, you will meet clients in their homes, help them design beautiful, custom window treatments, and guide them to a confident buying decision in a single visit.

With company-provided appointments, three weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, you’ll build a high-impact career from day one. Expect to manage your own schedule while delivering an exceptional home-installation

Qualifications

• Must be a natural people person who builds relationships and helps others feel confident in decisions.
• Motivated by performance with uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments weekly.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
