3 Day Blinds is seeking a Design Consultant who visits clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend custom window treatments. You will design simple, beautiful solutions and guide clients to a confident buying decision, all during a single visit with company-provided appointments.

You’ll manage your own schedule, grow sales through referrals, and deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence buying decisions.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend custom window treatments.
• Create design solutions tailored to client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
