In this role, you will drive sales and customer engagement by promoting programs, leveraging leads, and maintaining an active presence on the salesfloor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in Furniture Sales/Home Decor Design or retail/customer service.
• Proficient in Google platforms and virtual collaboration tools.
• Ability to translate brand aesthetics into customer-ready designs and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and create elevated design offerings for in-store, in-home, and virtual consultations.
• Create moodboards, 2D & 3D floor plans, product lists and client presentations.
• Lead design consultations in person or remotely and deliver projects within timelines.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and brand standards across Store, E‑Commerce, and Catalog channels.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through networking and clienteling.
