Bob’s Discount Furniture is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in the New York area to help customers bring their home design dreams to life while delivering world-class service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You will engage customers, listen actively, and use product knowledge to drive sales. The role offers an hourly base plus uncapped commissions, flexible shifts, and growth opportunities within a nationwide retailer.

Qualifications

• Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed.
