Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help customers bring their home design dreams to life while delivering world-class service in a fun, team-oriented showroom. You’ll engage customers, learn product knowledge, and guide decisions with a consultative approach in a no-pressure environment.

We offer hourly pay with uncapped commissions and a generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with retail tech.
• Prior retail or commission-based sales experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Assist customers in showroom to find Home decor and furniture that meets their needs.
