Job summary

Salt City Trucking is seeking drivers for a semi-local CDL-AGROCERY account. This position offers no-touch freight, home daily, and a 50–60 hour workweek with night and weekend shifts. Routes are regional within about 150 miles of the yard, with ramp operations and occasional delays for container mounting.

The ideal candidate has a valid Class A CDL, a current DOT Medical Card, and a clean driving record. Hazmat endorsement is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Solid driving record and clean work history.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• No-touch freight on a 100% No-Touch Freight account.
• Operate within a 150-mile radius of yard with regional hub drops.
• Slip-seat operation and ramp mounting of containers on chassis.
• Ramps may involve 30–60 minute waits for flips during container mounting.
