Salt City Trucking in Windsor Locks, CT is hiring for a local CDL-A driver to service a 100% home-daily grocery account. Earn early-morning starts (1–4am) with touch freight, 50–60 hours per week, and no-touch intermodal work within a 150-mile radius.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card.
• Reside within 25 miles of dispatch yard.
• Minimum 3 months verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred but not required.
• Solid driving record and mandatory drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Handle 100% no-touch intermodal freight.
• Operate within a 150-mile radius of yard.
• Perform live loads, preloads, and drop-and-hook as applicable.
• Night shifts with 50–60 hours weekly.
• Lock in local daycab shifts based on schedule.
