Job summary

GFA Alabama, Inc. is seeking a Class A CDL Company Driver for immediate openings in Garden City, GA. The role is full-time with 2nd shift hours and includes weekends. Drivers will be responsible for transporting intermodal containers and van freight, ensuring compliance with traffic laws, and maintaining truck cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of driving experience, a clean record, and must be able to pass a drug test. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, STD, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent driving experience with a Class A CDL.
• Must be 25 years of age.
• Accident-free and Clean MVR Report required.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Delivering van freight.
• Managing proof of delivery paperwork.
• Inspect the truck & trailer before and after the trip.
• Reporting to Dispatcher any incidents encountered.
