Job summary

XPO is hiring a Class B Truck Driver for a home daily route in Duluth, MN. You will operate a straight truck, load and unload freight, and support customer service while complying with DOT regulations. This position offers stability with full health insurance from day one and a comprehensive benefits package.

Pay ranges from $27.22 to $30.30 per hour, depending on experience, with generous PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) match. This role is exempt from the Motor Carrier Act.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Class B CDL without air brake restriction.
• Safe driving record and history.
• Pass a DOT drug test with no prior positive tests or refusals.
• Pass a company-paid DOT physical and pre-hire test.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a straight truck (GVWR 26,001 lb. or more).
• Provide excellent customer service and generate sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
• Operate in accordance with state regulations for intrastate straight trucks.
• Use forklift and pallet jack to load/unload freight.
