Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Mechanicsburg, PA is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver for local home daily routes. The role offers weekly pay, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and a host of benefits including medical, dental, vision, and PTO from day one.

Drivers will handle no-touch freight on electrical components/building materials with day cab tractors. Expect weekly guarantees of $1,350 and local deliveries to PA, MD, NJ, OH, and VA with on-call start times and a dynamic schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test.
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle: 9 months (3y), 2y (5y), or 5y (10y) within specified windows.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules.
• Maintain accurate logs and records.
• Load/unload freight or assist as required by customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
