Job summary

CarMax is seeking a Fleet Driver in Milwaukie, OR to load, transport, and offload vehicles between stores and hubs. You will help maintain inventory flow and customer satisfaction while representing CarMax with safety and integrity.

We offer consistent schedules and competitive pay. Candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL, have CMV driving experience, and maintain a clean driving record with no major violations over the past three years.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 2+ years CMV driving experience.
• No preventable safety incidents in past 2 years (validated).
• Clean driving record with no serious violations in past 3 years; meet Driver Safety Evaluation criteria.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure, transport, and offload vehicles between stores, auctions, vendors, and logistics hubs.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery to maintain inventory flow and customer satisfaction.
• Operate vehicle safely, keep truck/trailer clean and well-maintained.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT and CarMax standards.
• Maintain accurate DOT logs and documentation.
• Represent CarMax professionally when interacting with vendors and the public.
• Follow all safety regulations to minimize risk.
