Job summary

Steve Ford Trucking is seeking local CDL-A drivers to be home daily with night and weekend runs around Fredericksburg, VA. You will load and unload with a pallet jack and reload returns to the distribution center, within 45 miles of Fredericksburg.

Average weekly pay is around $1,735, with no touch freight and quick filling of spots for qualified locals. Requirements include 21+, valid Class A CDL with at least 4 months tractor-trailer experience, clean driving record, and ability to pass hair

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with valid Class A CDL & 4+ months tractor-trailer experience
• Fairly clean driving record
• Cannot have been terminated from last job for any reason
• No DUIs/Felonies/Misdemeanors in last 5 years
• Must pass hair and urine pre-employment drug screen
• No SAP drivers

Responsibilities

• Load/unload trailers using an electric pallet jack
• Operate nights and weekends shifts
• Be home daily, within 45 miles of Fredericksburg, VA
• Perform no-touch freight handling and pallet loading/unloading
• Maintain safety and compliance per company policies
