Job summary

Steve Ford Trucking is hiring drivers who will be home daily and run nights and weekends, with a focus on routes near Fredericksburg, VA within a 45-mile radius. These positions involve unloading with an electric pallet jack and reloading returns to the distribution center.

We require a minimum of 4 months of tractor-trailer experience, a valid Class A CDL, and a clean driving record. You must pass a hair and urine pre-employment drug screen. No SAP drivers are accepted.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with valid Class A CDL and 4+ months tractor-trailer experience.
• Must have a fairly clean driving record.
• Cannot have been terminated from last job for any reason.
• No DUI/felonies or misdemeanors in the last 5 years.
• Must pass hair and urine pre-employment drug screen.
• NO SAP DRIVERS

Responsibilities

• Driver will load and unload trailers using an electric pallet jack.
• Reload returns back to the distribution center.
• All routes are nights and weekends per schedule.
• No touch freight is involved with unloading at the dock.
