Job summary

Steve Ford Trucking in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking drivers for local routes home daily. You will operate nights and weekends, loading/unloading with a powered pallet jack and reloading returns to the distribution center.

Must live within 45 miles of Fredericksburg, VA and have a valid Class A CDL with 4 months of tractor-trailer experience. Average weekly pay is around $1,735, with benefits including health insurance, dental, and a 401K.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with valid CDL-A and 4 months tractor-trailer experience.
• Must have a fairly clean driving record.
• Cannot have been terminated from last job for any reason.
• No DUI, felonies or misdemeanors in the last 5 years.
• Must be able to pass hair and urine pre-employment drug screen.
• No SAP drivers.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers using an electric pallet jack.
• Reload returns back to the distribution center.
• All no touch freight to unload freight using a powered pallet jack.
