Job summary

Core-Mark in Rock Island, IL is seeking a reliable hourly Driver - Tractor Trailer to support our food distribution network. You will haul products regionally, work a four-day week (Mon-Thu) with a 5 pm start, and be home daily while serving customers along the Rock Island to Carroll, IA corridor.

This role emphasizes safety and customer service as you perform DOT-compliant deliveries, conduct pre/post trip checks, record hours, and manage invoices and signatures at the drop sites.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license and 21+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Clean MVR in last 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• DOT Health Card current or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor-trailer on intrastate and interstate routes delivering food.
• Perform pre/post trip safety inspections; ensure proper load security.
• Deliver to customers, collect signatures, and complete paperwork.
• Maintain hours-of-service logs and keep equipment and docks clean.
