Job summary

Van Eerden Foodservice is seeking a CDL A Delivery Driver for home daily routes based out of Niles, MI. You will deliver to customer locations, verify deliveries, collect payments when required, and maintain safety on the road.

The role involves manual unloading, FMCSA compliance, and customer service across urban and rural routes. Competitive compensation with paid training and a component pay structure after training; first-year drivers typically earn $1,400–$1,700 weekly depending on route,

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen.
• Background check free from felonies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customer locations meeting scheduled delivery times.
• Unload products from trailer and place in designated storage areas.
• Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain signatures.
• Collect customer payments when required.
• Perform customer service responsibilities to enhance client experience.
• Safely operate commercial motor vehicles in various conditions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs., occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Comply with FMCSA hours of service and DOT regulations.
