Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a CDL-A delivery driver to service customers across intrastate and interstate routes. You will deliver and unload food products, verify orders, collect signatures, and maintain safe, on-time deliveries in compliance with DOT rules.

The role requires at least 6 months of driving experience, a clean MVR, and the ability to lift and move freight up to 90 pounds. Excellent customer service and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months commercial driving experience or more.
• Valid CDL-A license and clean MVR in last 3 years.
• Must be 21 years or older and pass background checks and tests.
• DOT health card current or able to secure one.

Responsibilities

• Communicates professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
• Drive tractor trailer or straight truck on local and OTR routes.
• Perform pre/post trip safety inspections per DOT regulations.
• Report safety hazards and maintain accurate delivery paperwork.
• Deliver and unload products, collect signatures, and handle payments as required.
• Complete daily hours-of-service logs and keep equipment secure.
