Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a CDL-A delivery driver to support food service customers across local and regional routes. You will ensure on-time deliveries, unload at customer sites, and maintain DOT compliance. This role starts with on-time shifts 12:00am - 5:00am and offers a sign-on bonus and benefits.

Responsibilities include safe driving, accurate paperwork, customer interaction, and daily hours-of-service logging, with health, 401k, and other benefits outlined in the description.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Meet state licensing/certification requirements.
• MVR clean for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test prior to employment.
• Valid DOT Health Card or able to obtain one.
• Able to lift and move freight (10-90 lbs) with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive local, intrastate, and interstate routes to deliver food products.
• Interact professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
• Complete required safety checks and DOT compliance.
• Verify delivery with customer signatures and handle payments when required.
• Unload goods and move them to designated storage areas.
• Maintain daily hours-of-service records per DOT rules.
