Job summary

AT&T in Greenville, Texas, and nearby Sherman, Texas is seeking Installation Technicians to install and activate our state-of-the-art technology for customers’ homes and businesses. You’ll deliver reliable broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services while providing best-in-class customer support.

You’ll work a 40-hour week with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and you’ll receive extensive paid training and opportunities for career growth within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Valid state driver’s license
• Lift and move up-to 60 lbs
• Be able to work in tight spaces and aloft (up to 28 ft)
• Overtime, emergency call outs and holiday work
• Identify wire and cable colors
• Qualify on pre-employment assessment

Responsibilities

• Install and activate the latest technology for high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services at customers’ homes and businesses
• Work independently as a trusted expert and meet new people daily
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues, ensuring a smooth customer experience
