Southern Home Services in Leesburg, VA is seeking a dynamic Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional to close deals, present best equipment options, and grow a loyal customer base.

No prior HVAC experience is required; we provide comprehensive training. You’ll collaborate with service technicians, travel to customer locations, and enjoy weekly pay with strong commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Outstanding ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Proficient with PC and technology sales tools.
• Willing and able to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to present home comfort solutions.
• Communicate effectively during in-home conversations to recommend equipment and services.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and drive referrals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
