Job summary

Molly Maid is hiring in Flint, Grand Blanc, and Fenton for friendly, reliable housekeepers. No nights or weekends; daytime hours 7:45am–4:30pm with flexible part-time to full-time schedules. You’ll follow proven cleaning processes to help families enjoy cleaner, healthier homes, earn tips, and build a steady routine with a local team.

Experience in caregiving or hospitality is a plus but not required. Training is provided, uniforms and equipment are supplied, and a company car may be used during

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, housekeeping, or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Able to follow Molly Maid’s cleaning processes with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes following Molly Maid standards and routes.
• Work in small teams to deliver high-quality cleaning services.
