Molly Maid of Flint, Grand Blanc, and Fenton is hiring dependable, motivated individuals for daytime cleaning roles in Michigan. No nights or holidays, with 7:45am–4:30pm hours and 20–35 hours per week. Training provided; no experience required. A company car may be used during work hours, and paid time off is offered.

Qualifications

SCHEDULE & WORK-LIFE BALANCE

You’ll provide professional housekeeping services by following Molly Maid’s proven cleaning processes to help families enjoy their homes.

• Work as part of a team delivering high-quality, reliable home cleaning services

Additional Responsibilities for Team Leads (Driving Role)

• Safely drive the company vehicle and manage the daily team schedule
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and properly maintained
• Support team members and help keep the day running smoothly

Job Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, reaching)
• Available to work daytime hours 7:30 am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
• Ability to communicate with customers
• High School Diploma or GED
• Clear background check
• Valid drivers license and clear driving record
