Job summary

Molly Maid franchise in Tennessee is hiring house cleaners. This full‑time role offers a Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm schedule with no nights or weekends, and provides all cleaning supplies plus a company car. You’ll receive training and teamwork support to deliver great results.

Pay ranges from $12.00 to $16.00 per hour with weekly pay and tips; bonuses and benefits are offered, including health plan and paid time off. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check are required.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm.
• Bilingual preferred to communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure supplies are ready.
• Support team members and follow the established cleaning process.
