Job summary

Molly Maid in Centerville, TN is seeking reliable housekeepers to join our team. You’ll receive paid training, a guaranteed minimum wage of $14 per hour with the potential to earn more through tips, and a flexible, weekday schedule with no nights or weekends.

We provide cleaning supplies, a uniform, a company car while you work, and opportunities for advancement within the franchise. Experience isn’t required—training is provided to all new hires.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass a background check
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust and complete housekeeping tasks
• Available Monday through Friday during the day, 7:45am to 5:30pm
• Must be able to communicate with clients in English

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards and your supervisor’s guidance
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner
• If designated as team lead, manage the team’s schedule and drive the company vehicle
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure supplies are stocked
