Job Summary

The Home and Community-Based Services Aide provides support, assistance with personal hygiene, and household functions to help individuals remain in their own homes.

Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Report observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager. Notify immediately if any incidents or accidents occur.
• Drive safely, comply with traffic regulations, and wear a seat belt when traveling for work.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, hair care, oral care, nail care, skin care, and transferring patients between bed, chair, wheelchair, and toilet.
• Help with household tasks directly related to the client's personal care.

Experience Desired

• Six months of home care experience preferred.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
