Amada Senior Care Phoenix West Valley is seeking caregivers in Phoenix, AZ, with immediate start opportunities. You will provide compassionate, hands-on care to seniors in an independent living community in a supportive, Great Place to Work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience in a home or senior community setting.
• Comfortable with physical care duties and fast-paced care environments.
• Dependable, honest, patient, and compassionate with excellent communication skills.
• Valid AZ Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Successful background and drug screening clearance.
• Experience with Dementia care preferred.
• Smartphone required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities such as dressing, toileting, medication reminders, and mobility support.
• Provide care to clients with Dementia and other cognitive impairments.
• Ensure safe transfers, repositioning, and ambulation assistance.
• Transport seniors to appointments and social activities.
• Observe health conditions and report changes.
• Maintain client safety and dignity at all times.
