Job summary

Amada Senior Care Phoenix West Valley is hiring caregivers to support seniors in Surprise, AZ. Immediate openings offer competitive pay and flexible scheduling, enabling compassionate individuals to help clients maintain independence and dignity in their home environments.

Responsibilities include assistance with daily living activities, mobility support, medication reminders, and safe transfers. A background check is part of the process, and training is provided to new hires.

• Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Available Location & Schedule

Surprise, AZ

• Sundays: 4–6 hours per day, with flexible scheduling
• Mondays: 8 hours, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Candidates must be available to work the scheduled days and provide consistent, reliable care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, personal hygiene, mobility, and ambulation
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Offer medication reminders
• Assist with safe lifting, transfers, and repositioning
• Observe clients' conditions and report changes
• Provide safe transportation to appointments and errands
• Promote clients' safety, comfort, dignity, and independence

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience; nursing and CNA students are welcome to apply
• Dementia care experience preferred but not required
• Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to assist clients with lifting and transfers
• Successful background check and drug screening
• Smartphone access for scheduling and communication
• Dependable, compassionate, patient, and responsible attitude
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing quality care
