Caregiver Job Duties Include:

• Provide non-medical, in-home care and assistance to seniors and disabled adults
• Hygiene assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Perform meal preparation and diet monitoring, including shopping for groceries
• Assist with medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Provide transportation to errands, appointments, and shopping

Caregiver Candidate Requirements:

• A dedication and passion for serving seniors, with a strong sense of responsibility
• 1+ years of hands-on experience preferred, either in a private home or facility
• High school diploma or GED
• Must pass a state and nationwide background check, including fingerprinting
• Valid Driver’s License, own or lease a vehicle, and proof of current auto insurance
• Ability to transfer patients and provide mobility assistance, including turning immobile patients who are bed-ridden
• Perform all personal care and hygiene assistance functions as described above
• A cheerful personality, positive attitude, and a commitment to client needs
• Alzheimer’s/Dementia experience preferred
