Job Duties Include:

• Provide essential in-home care to seniors and disabled adults
• Assist with hygiene: bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Prepare meals and monitor diets, including grocery shopping
• Help clients with errands, appointments, and shopping
• Assist with medication reminders, when needed
• Light housekeeping and laundry assistance
• Support mobility and transfers

Candidate Requirements:

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors, with a strong sense of responsibility
• 1+ years of hands-on experience preferred, in a private home or facility
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass a state/nationwide background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening
• Valid Driver’s License, own or lease a vehicle, and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to transfer patients and provide mobility assistance, including turning immobile, bed-ridden patients
• Perform all personal care and hygiene assistance functions listed above
• Cheerful personality, positive attitude, and focus on client needs
