Job summary

Safe Life Home Healthcare is seeking an in-home caregiver to provide attentive support for clients in the Chicago area. The role includes hourly and live-in positions, with a focus on enhancing clients' independence and quality of life.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of caregiving experience, strong communication skills, and a compassionate, reliable approach. CNA preferred; High school diploma required. Weekend and overnight shifts may be available.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring for elderly clients is preferred.
• CNA certification or formal caregiving training is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient approach to caregiving.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and companionship; support daily living activities.
• Perform light housekeeping, run errands, and provide transportation as needed.
• Monitor changes in the client’s condition and report to the healthcare team.

Position Overview

We seek a dedicated Caregivers to provide attentive, in-home support to clients in DuPage County, IL. This role requires someone who is patient, caring, and able to assist with daily activities to enhance the client’s quality of life and independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene,and companionship. Support daily living activities, including bathing,dressing,meal prep,and medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping,run errands,and provide transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s conditionto the healthcare team.
• Maintain a safe,positive,and supportive home environment."
