Job summary

Safe Life Home Healthcare is seeking an in-home caregiver in the Chicago area to provide compassionate, patient-centered support to clients at home. You will assist with personal care, daily living activities, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation while monitoring health changes and reporting to the care team.

The role requires reliable, empathetic individuals with excellent communication and a commitment to improving client quality of life, with flexible shifts including overnight

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Experience caregiving for elderly clients is preferred.
• Effective communication and ability to work independently.
• Reliable, compassionate and dedicated to client well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene and companionship, daily living activities.
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the healthcare team.

Position Overview

We seek a dedicated Caregivers to provide attentive, in-home support to clients in DuPage County, IL. This role requires someone who is patient, caring, and able to assist with daily activities to enhance the client’s quality of life and independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene,and companionship. Support daily living activities, including bathing,dressing,meal prep,and medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping,run errands,and provide transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s conditionto the healthcare team.
• Maintain a safe,positive,and supportive home environment"
