Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Palm Bay is seeking a compassionate Home Caregiver (HHA/CNA) to provide patient-centered in-home care across clients' residences in Florida. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health conditions, and offer emotional support to clients and their families.

Responsibilities include documenting care, communicating with families and healthcare teams, and ensuring safety during transfers.

Qualifications

• Current certification as an HHA or CNA
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training a plus
• Ability to lift and transfer clients safely and assist with ambulation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations
