Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of the West Valley is seeking a Home Caregiver to provide compassionate, in-home care for clients in the Phoenix area. You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility support, and emotional companionship while maintaining clear, accurate care records.

As part of a supportive team, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to deliver quality care and help clients maintain independence in their homes.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and empathetic individual with a passion for helping others
• Ability to lift, move, and transfer clients with mobility issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and managing daily routines
• Support clients with mobility issues, including transfers, ambulation, and exercises
• Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
