Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Livermore, CA is seeking a compassionate Home Caregiver for a part-time, field-based role serving clients across Tracy, Mountain House, Manteca, Lathrop, and Stockton.

You'll deliver personal care, companionship, and support with daily activities, meal prep, reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation when needed. Join a team that values caregivers and offers flexible scheduling and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Registered with the California Home Care Aide Registry or be willing and eligible to complete registration.
• At least one year of caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, memory care, or a related setting.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience supporting clients with dementia, disabilities, mobility limitations, or personal care needs.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.
• Strong communication, documentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Current TB test within the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and other daily activities to help them remain comfortable and independent.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Assist with errands or transportation to appointments when authorized.

YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a part-time, field-based position serving clients in Livermore, Tracy, Mountain House, Manteca, Lathrop, and Stockton, CA.

YOUR DAY

As our Home Caregiver, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference throughout every shift. You'll assist clients of all ages with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and other daily activities that help them remain comfortable and independent. REQUIREMENTS

• Registered with the California Home Care Aide Registry or be willing and eligible to complete the registration

At least one year of caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, memory care, or a related setting, a current CPR and First Aid certification, experience supporting clients with dementia, disabilities, mobility limitations, or personal care needs, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance, strong communication, documentation, and relationship-building skills, and a current TB test (within the past 3 years) are preferred.
