Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care is seeking a dependable caregiver to support clients in their homes across our staffed areas. You will provide personal care, companionship, and practical help in multiple residences, with flexible scheduling and daily Pay options.

Ideal candidates are experienced CNAs or PCAs who value variety and compassionate service, and who can travel to client homes as needed. Compensation includes a competitive base pay plus a $250 monthly bonus and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older
• Active CNA or PCA license (preferred) OR Willing to become PCA
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Current auto insurance
• Clean background check
• Willingness to travel to client homes as needed

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming
• Supporting safe mobility and transfers
• Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in client condition
• Responding quickly to client needs in various homes across assigned areas
