Your Role

• Supervise client care to ensure best practices and quality outcomes.
• Represent our organization at ALF events and expos, providing educational presentations.

• Supervise Home Care clients and caregivers.
• Create and update care plans for non-medical clients.
• Administrative duties including calling PCP offices for orders.

What You Need

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Hawaii.
• 1+ years of experience in a clinical or home-based care setting.
• Experience With Fall Risk Assessments (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and the community.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation to travel as needed.
