Pay

• PT: $80 per visit (potential $100,000-$120,000/year based on caseload)
• PTA: $55-$60 per visit
• OT: $80 per visit (potential $100,000-$120,000/year based on caseload)
• COTA: $60 per visit

Location: O'ahu, HI (reliable transportation required)

Schedule: Flexible / Per diem — choose your own patients

We’re a growing Medicare-certified Home Health agency on O'ahu, dedicated to fall prevention, mobility, and empowering residents to thrive in the comfort of their homes. We’re currently hiring licensed Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), Occupational Therapists (OT), and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) who are passionate about improving lives through quality, in-home and community-based therapy.

What You’ll Do

• Provide in-home physical or occupational therapy visits
• Conduct evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments
• Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team
• Oversee client progress and ensure top‑notch care

What We’re Looking For

• Current Hawaii license as PT, PTA, OT, or COTA
• 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred)
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Comfortable with outreach and public presentations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
